GUIDE Model Implementation Package

Jovica Inc. has developed a turnkey operational package for home care agencies preparing to deliver in-home respite services as partner organizations under the CMS GUIDE Model.

          Current focus: agency-side readiness tools for GUIDE respite operations, including
          clinical forms, dementia-care training, digital aide visit reporting, tracker systems, role-based
          operations guides, and agency-specific customization.
        

The current version is customized for New York State LHCSAs and can be adapted to other state home care licensing frameworks.
